Dear Sir,
I feel that Singapore has many things to learn from the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. The disaster showed the damage that a nuclear plant meltdown could do to a country. It serves as a warning to Singapore that we will not survive a similar accident given our small size. We also have to have a civil defense force at standby, ready to come into action should such a tragic disaster occur. Moreover, our infrastructure of our buildings have to be strong enough to withstand these disasters
