Racism in Singapore

I believe that the government has seen that racism could cause serious damage to a country. Religion, race and gender are just some of the common forms of prejudice and racism. The government has taken many precautionary measures and opportunities for races to intermingle and learn to get along with each other.

However, I still feel that more could be done in Singapore in order to prevent racism. For example, the government should have even stricter measures and punishment imposed on those who openly express their dislike and hatred for another race of religion and that person should also go for some course to change his way of thinking about racism.
